艾灸治疗胰腺肿瘤患者腹胀的疗效观察与护理(1)

【摘要】目的探讨艾灸治疗胰腺肿瘤患者腹胀的临床疗效及护理方法。方法选择我院2009年2月到2011年8月收治的胰腺肿瘤患者100例，按照就诊顺序分为对照组与治疗组，每组50例。对照组的患者在腹胀时给予多潘立酮、肠溶胰酶胶囊等药物促进胃肠动力、改善消化功能；治疗组应用艾灸法进行对症治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组患者在采用艾灸治疗后，治疗组肠鸣音恢复时间(13.22±0.27)h、首次肛门排气时间(20.25±1.63)h、首次排便时间(25.98±1.31)h均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后治疗组无腹胀42例(84%)，轻度腹胀5例(10%)，中度腹胀3例(6%)；重度腹胀0例(0%)，对照组无腹胀36例(66%)，轻度腹胀6例(12%)，中度腹胀4例(8%)；重度腹胀4例(8%)；治疗组的好转率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论艾灸可以有效缓解胰腺肿瘤患者的腹胀症状，临床疗效确切，不良反应小，值得推广应用。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy and nursing method of moxibustion for treating with abdominal distension on the patients with pancreatic cancer. Methods100 patients with pancreatic cancer from February 2009 to August 2011 in our hospital were divided into control group and treatment group according to the order of the treatment, and 50 cases of each group. The control group was given domperidone bloating, enteric-coated pancreatic enzyme capsules and other drugs to promote gastrointestinal motility and improve digestive function; the treatment group was received moxibustion. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. ResultsIn the treatment group, the recovery time of bowel sounds was (13.22±0.27) h, the first anal exhaust time was (20.25±1.63) h and the first bowel movement time was (25.98±1.31) h were significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05); in the treatment group, 42 cases (84%) had no bloating, 5 cases (10%) had mild abdominal distension, 3 cases (6%) had moderate abdominal distension and o case had severe abdominal distension while the control group were 66%, 12%, 8% and 8%,there were significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). ConclusionMoxibustion can effectively alleviate the symptoms of abdominal distension in patients with pancreatic cancer, improve the clinical efficacy, have few side effects, and it should be widely applied in clinical ......
