【摘要】目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术的围术期护理。方法对230例胆囊结石、胆囊息肉者施行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术。探讨其出现合并症情况及特殊情况的治疗及术前、术后的围术期护理。结果230例患者中220例腹腔镜下胆囊切除获得成功。其中10例发生术中出血，后中转开腹行胆囊切除手术。另3例术后发生胆瘘，术后2周拔除负压引流球痊愈。结论虽然经腹腔镜胆囊切除术创伤小、痛苦少、术后恢复快，但也存在着一定的风险和并发症。只有科学、周密地做好围术期的治疗和护理，才是手术成功的重要环节。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo evaluate the laparoscopic cholecystectomy in perioperative nursing. Methods230 cases of gallbladder stones, gallbladder polyps are laparoscopic cholecystectomy. To explore the situation and the special circumstances arise complications of treatment and before surgery, perioperative nursing. Resultsin 220 cases of patients with 230 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy to be successful. Of which 10 cases had bleeding after laparotomy transit line cholecystectomy. The other three cases of postoperative biliary fistula, 2 weeks after removal of negative pressure drainage ball recovered. ConclusionAlthough laparoscopic cholecystectomy trauma, less pain, faster postoperative recovery, but there are certain risks and complications. Only scientific and meticulous job in perioperative treatment and care, is an important part of successful operation. ......
