护士长排解护士工作压力的方法探讨
【摘要】 分析护士压力产生的来源,为护理者制定人性化的护理措施提供可靠的依据，医院的护理管理者应高度重视护士工作压力的来源，护理管理者特别是护士长应采取积极有效的应对方式。护士主要的压力来源包括来自工作环境的职业压力，内部管理的压力，社会角色冲突的压力，社会认可度低，护士长采取积极有效的措施，缓解其工作和心理压力促进护士的身心健康，调动护士工作的积极性，让患者满意，从而提高护理服务质量。【关键词】护士； 压力源； 方法;探讨
【Abstract】analysis of pressure source of nurses, nursing formulation of humanized nursing measures to provide reliable basis, hospital nursing managers should pay great attention to the source of work pressure of nurses, nurse managers in particular nurse should take positive and effective coping style. Nurses the main sources of stress from work environment occupation pressure, internal management pressure, the pressure of social role conflict, social acceptance is low, the nurse to take positive and effective measures to alleviate the psychological pressure, work and promote the physical and mental health of nurses, motivate nurses working enthusiasm, let the satisfaction of patients, thus to improve the nursing service quality.
