力竭游泳训练后大鼠伏核5羟色胺阳性细胞的表达

     【摘要】目的观察力竭游泳运动后雄性大鼠伏核内5羟色胺阳性反应物的变化。方法用组织化学和图像分析方法观察雄性大鼠伏核神经原内5羟色胺阳性细胞的变化。结果力竭游泳运动后大鼠伏核体神经原5羟色胺细胞免疫反应增强(P<001)。结论 5羟色胺阳性反应物增加这可能与大运动量后躯体运动协调性发生变化有关。
