儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘93例临床分析
【摘要】 目的 探讨儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床特点及治疗方法，提高对CVA的认识，减少误诊。方法 对2003年至2010年收治的93例CVA患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 CVA的临床表现不典型，干咳常为唯一症状，极易误诊，确诊后采用规范治疗常可收到满意疗效。结论 对于长期慢性咳嗽，且抗生素治疗效果不满意的患儿，要警惕CVA的可能。【关键词】 咳嗽变异性哮喘；儿童；诊断；治疗The clinical analysis of cough variant asthma in 93 children LIV Jian,LI Xueyun.Outpatient Department of Guangdong Medical College,guangdong 523808,China
