两种不同剂量A型肉毒毒素治疗偏头痛的疗效观察(2)
本研究采用了50 U、100 U两种不同剂量BTXA,选取了额肌、颞肌、枕下区、头夹肌、头半棘肌共12个注射位点,正在服用预防性药物、普通止痛类药物的患者可继续服药。结果发现两组均能有效减轻偏头痛患者的头痛程度、减少发作频率、提高生活质量;100 U BTXA对头痛程度的减轻优于50 U BTXA,头痛发作频率、生活质量的改善与剂量无关。两组均不良反应轻微。以后的研究应扩大样本量,长时间多次注射进行观察。
