多发性脑梗死大鼠乳头体一氧化氮合酶改变(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨乳头体中神经元型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)与多发性脑梗死的关系。方法 建立多发性脑梗死动物模型,用一氧化氮合酶组织化学方法结合显微图像分析观察大鼠乳头体神经元型一氧化氮合酶变化。结果 MCI术后4 h实验组大鼠乳头体nNOS阳性神经元数量与平均灰度值(4309±395,18369±380)均大于正常对照组(3933±227,17970±260)(P<005)。结论 乳头体nNOS神经元与多发性脑梗死密切相关。【关键词】 多发性脑梗死;乳头体;神经元型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS);大鼠The change of nNos of multiple infarct in rats ZHANG Ye,ZHANG Yan,ZHOU Linan.Liaoning College of Vocational and Technical,Shengyang 110101,China
