236例急诊内科昏迷患者预后影响因素分析
【摘要】 目的 分析昏迷患者的急诊救治措施，探讨提高昏迷抢救成功率的方法。方法 总结236例昏迷患者的临床资料,将其中针对病因实施救治措施的186例患者作为观察组，根据症状采取常规抢救措施的50例患者作为对照组，分别统计抢救成功率。结果 观察组186例患者中，抢救成功157例，抢救成功率844%，其中，好转89例，治愈74例，死亡23例。对照组50例患者，抢救成功36例，成功率72%，其中，好转23例，治愈13例，死亡14例。结论 对昏迷患者仔细查体，分析昏迷原因，并根据病因采取积极的急救措施，对提高抢救成功率，减少病残，具有重要意义。【关键词】 昏迷；急诊救治；抢救成功率
