减重支持系统训练对缺血性卒中患者偏瘫康复的影响(2)
本研究另一结果显示：训练4周后治疗组FMA分值较对照组明显提高(P< 005)，MBI两组比较无明显差异(P> 005)，8周后治疗组FMA分值及MBI均较对照组明显提高 (P< 005)。解释该现象的原因分析为：减重支持系统训练
早期介入偏瘫患者的步行功能训练使尚不具备独立步行条件的患者较早地进行步行训练, 类似于一种强制性性主动性运动训练 刺激了患者的脊髓步行发生器和大脑的步行中枢, 激活受累大脑半球感觉和运动区的活动[8，9]，从整体上提高患者的运动功能。而4周时运动功能的提高尚不能体现为实用性日常生活能力的改善，8周后的运动功能的再提高使得日常生活能力的显著提高，这也反映了步行功能只是日常生活能力发展到较高水平的一种体现，需要更复杂的神经网络调节机制来实现。
