【摘要】 目的 探讨主动脉夹层腔内隔绝术患者治疗的护理对策。方法 回顾分析4例Ⅲ型主动脉夹层腔内隔绝术患者治疗,术前给患者全面护理评估,严密监护,术前、术中、术后做好心理护理,研究制定整体护理计划,采取有效护理措施。 结果 4例Ⅲ型主动脉夹层患者经临床对症处理,控制血压,适时选择介入手术治疗,过程顺利,均手术成功，疗效显著,恢复良好,顺利出院。 结论 4例主动脉夹层患者经介入手术及积极有效治疗,术后严密监测生命体征，观察病情,发现问题立即报告医生,迅速有效处理,减轻治疗的副反应,减少并发症。通过临床整体护理计划,措施落实,是提高术后患者治愈的关健。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate nursing strategy for the patients who get aortic dissection with endovascular graft exclusion(EVGE). Methods To review and analyze the therapy of DeBakey Ⅲ aortic dissection with endovascular graft exclusion in 4 cases, we gave them sufficient nursing assessment before surgery and mental nursing care before, during and after surgery, made the plan of the whole nursing care and exerted effective nursing care. Results The 4 patients developped endovascular graft exclusion experience surgery and discharge from hospital successfully. Conclusion The 4 patients developped endovascular graft exclusion, with strictly monitoring the vital sign after surgery and immediately contacting the doctors to decrease adverse reaction and complication. The whole nursing strategy is a key point of improve surgery effect. ......
