多塞平辅助治疗支气管哮喘的临床分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨多赛平辅助治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法 将我院从2010年3月到2012年3月共收治支气管哮喘患者100例，将其随机平均分为观察组和对照组，对照组的50例患者进行常规的普通治疗，观察组的50例患者在常规普通治疗的基础上，每天对患者服用多赛平2次，25 mg/次。5 d为一个疗程，两个疗程结束后，比较观察组和对照组两组患者的治疗结果。结果 观察组50例患者中显效的患者23例(46%)，好转的患者19例(38%)，无效的患者8例(16%)，总有效率是84%；对照组的50例患者中显效的患者15例(30%)，好转的患者12例(24%)，无效的患者23例(46%)，总有效率是54%。观察组和对照组的总有效率存在着显著的差异(P<0.05)。结论 多赛平对于治疗支气管哮喘有着显著的疗效。
