【摘要】 目的 探讨PR表达与子宫内膜癌组织分化程度的关系。方法 利用存档蜡块作厚度为4 μm的连续切片，采用sp免疫组化法检测PR。结果 高分化的内膜癌患者PR阳性率为100%(10/10)；中分化的内膜癌患者PR阳性率为20%(2/10)；低分化的内膜癌患者PR阳性率为10%(1/10)。结论 PR在子宫内膜癌组织中的阳性表达与内膜癌的组织分化程度有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relation between the expression of PR and the grade in the tissue of the endometrial cancer.Methods The expression of progesterone receptor of endometrial cancer cells were detected by SP immunhistochemistry.Results The positive rate of the high grade in the tissue of endometrial cancer is 100%，the positive rate of the middle grade in the tissue of endometrial cancer is 20%，the positive rate of the low grade in the tissue of endometrial cancer is10%。Conclusion The expression of progesterone receptor of endometrial cancer cells were related to the grade in the tissue of the endometrial cancer.

作者单位：121000 辽宁省锦州市妇婴医院妇产科 子宫内膜癌是女性生殖道最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，其发生与雌激素过度刺激增生而无孕激素的诱导分化效应相拮抗有关。而孕激素是通过其特异性受体来逆转雌激素引起的子宫内膜过度增生，对子宫内膜有保护作用。分化程度越好的内膜癌患者，其PR的阳性表达越高，预后也越好。本文将有关PR的表达与子宫内膜癌组织分化程度的关系报告如下。
