腹腔镜在非创伤性急腹症中的临床应用价值探讨(1)
【摘要】 目的 探讨腹腔镜在非创伤性急腹症诊断和治疗中的临床应用价值。方法 回顾性分析我院2004年3月至2011年12月386例非创伤性急腹症患者行腹腔镜探查及治疗的临床资料。结果 全部患者经腹腔镜检查及病理学检查均获得明确诊断,行腹腔镜手术治疗365例,中转开腹21例,无手术并发症,术后平均住院5 d。结论 腹腔镜技术在急腹症中的应用具有独特优势既可以明确诊断又可同时进行治疗。治疗效果可靠,并发症少, 创伤小,患者恢复快,住院时间短等优点,有推广应用价值。【关键词】 腹腔镜检查;急腹症;诊断;治疗结果
