【摘要】目的 观察伤柏膏贴剂外敷治疗急性软组织损伤的临床研究。 方法 根据纳入标准选择的急性软组织损伤患者200例，随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组给予伤柏膏贴剂(巴布剂)外敷患处，对照组给予冷感好及施外敷患处观察并比较两组的临床疗效。 结果 伤柏膏贴剂组在瘀斑、肿胀、压痛、疼痛、功能障碍等方面均有显箸改善作用；其中在瘀斑、肿胀改善方面优于冷感好及施组( P <0.05),在压痛改善方面差于冷感好及施组( P <0.05),在疼痛、功能障碍、总体症状改善方面与冷感好及施组相似( P >0.05), 伤柏膏贴剂无皮肤刺激性。 结论 伤柏膏贴剂外敷治疗急性软组织损伤具有明显治疗作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of the use Shangbaigao dressing in the treatment of acute soft-tissue injury. Methods 200 patients with acute soft-tissue injury were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, according to the including criteria. And they were treated and compared the clinic healing effects by using the Shangbaigao dressing in the treatment group and Haojishi dressing in the control group, respectively. Results In the treatment group, Shangbaigao dressing was not irritative to skin, but had good effects on the treatment of petechia, tumefaction, pain, pressing pain, functional disorder and so on. Especially, it was better than the control group in the treatment of petechia and tumefaction ( P <0.05). However, it was better of using Haojishi dressing in the treatment of pressing pain ( P <0.05). There were no difference in the treatment of pain and functional disorder in both groups( P >0.05). Conclusion Shangbaigao dressing had good effect of the treatment on acute soft-tissue injury.
