【摘要】 目的 探讨对阴式子宫切除术的围手术期护理措施。方法 对80例在本院阴式子宫切除术患者实施完善的心理护理、术前、术后护理及出院指导。结果 全部80例患者平均住院日8.6 d，手术顺利，无1例并发症发生，术后恢复良好，均痊愈出院。结论 完善的阴式子宫切除术围手术期护理措施是保障手术成功、患者康复的关键。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate on vaginal hysterectomy for peri operation period nursing measures. Methods 80 patients in our hospital vaginal hysterectomy patients improve the implementation of psychological care, preoperative, postoperative nursing and discharging guide. Results All the 80 patients the average hospitalization days of 8.6 D, smooth operation, no1 patients complication, postoperative recovery was good, were cured and discharged.
