创伤性窒息45例诊断与治疗(1)
【摘要】目的 探讨分析创伤性窒息患者的诊断与治疗经验，提高疗效。 方法 对巨野县人民医院收治住院的45例创伤性窒息患者进行回顾性分析，分析其发生原因、临床表现、诊断治疗方法与疗效。 结果 创 伤性窒息多合并其他脏器损伤，需要综合治疗。45例创伤性窒息患者经正确的综合治疗，治愈率达97.8%，死亡1例。 结论 采取积极正确的综合治疗能够提高创伤性窒息的成功率。可以取得满意的效果。 【关键词】 创伤性窒息; 诊断; 治疗
