【摘要】目的 评价国产试剂与进口试剂检测效果。 方法 选择了2种试剂(一种国产试剂，一种进口试剂)，以2010年1月至2011年12月的样本进行检测，分析了2种试剂检测结果的特异性、灵敏度和假阳性率；用国家参考品血清盘对2种试剂进行考核，讨论了他们的符合率、精密度。 结果 进口试剂和国产试剂的灵敏度均为100%。在特异性和假阳性率方面不存在显著差异。经过国家参考品复核，2种试剂的符合率、精密度达到相关要求。 结论 国产试剂的检测效果与进口试剂不存在差异。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of domestic reagents imported reagent. Methods Two kinds of reagents (a domestic reagents, an imported reagent) to January 2010 December to 2011 samples for testing, analysis of the two kinds of reagent test results, specificity, sensitivity and false-positive rate; assessment of the national reference serum plate of two kinds of reagents, discussed their compliance rate of precision. Results The sensitivity of the import reagent and domestic reagent were 100%. There was no significant difference in the specificity and false-positive rate. After the national reference review, the coincidence rate of two kinds of reagents, the precision of the relevant requirements. Conclusion domestic reagents detect the effect of imported reagents there is no difference.

艾滋病是一种破坏人体免疫力的严重疾病。艾滋病的传播途径包括性行为、血液等[1，2]。近年来，随着医学技术的发达，输血成为很多治疗中的一个重要环节。因此保证血液供给的安全对于预防艾滋病具有重要意义。目前我国使用的HIV 抗体及抗原联合检测试剂种类较多，它们的检测效果是否存在显著差异对预防艾滋有重要影响。为此，本研究使用了2中常见的检测试剂，讨论2种试剂的检测效果。
1 材料与方法
1.1 实验标本
选取了2010年1月至2011年12月无偿献血的血液标本22035份。其中，2010年1月至2010年12月又标本11633份，2011年1月至2011年12月标本10402份。经过初步的体检，所有献血者均符合卫生部颁布的有关健康标准。采集血液后，所有样本均进行了EDTA-Na2抗凝。国家参考品以中国药品生物制品鉴定所HIV-1/2 诊断试剂。
1.2 试剂
在本研究中，共使用了2种试剂，一种为进口试剂，一种为国产试剂。进口试剂为法国伯乐公司生产的批号分别为8B0617、8 m0621、9 c0623、8F0619的(HIV)1+2 型抗原抗体诊断试剂(以法国伯乐代表) ......
