【摘要】 目的 探讨动态脑电图(ambulatory electroencephalogram,AEEG)对癫痫鉴别诊断的意义。方法 采用奥地利Unique AEEG16导脑电检测系统对80例癫痫患者进行动态脑电图监测，并对监测结果进行分析。结果 AEEG检查发现有痫样放电者65例，占81.25%，其中25例有临床发作，40例仅在AEEG检查发现有痫样放电，15例(18.75%)排除癫痫。结论 AEEG对癫痫的鉴别诊断具有非常重要的作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective Purpose Explore the AEEG (ambulatoryelectroencephalogram, AEEG) differential diagnosis of epilepsy. Methods Use Austrian Unique by AEEA 16-channel EEG detection system on 80 patients with epilepsy were ambulatory EEG monitoring, analysis and monitoring results. Results The AEEG check epileptiform discharges by 65 cases, accounting for 81.25%, of which 25 cases of clinical seizures, 40 cases of epileptiform discharges only in the the AEEG check found 15 cases (18.75%) to exclude epilepsy. Conclusion AEEG has a very important role in the differential diagnosis of epilepsy.
