基层医院手术室的医院感染控制(1)
【摘要】 目的 通过加强基层医院手术室的医院感染管理，有效控制医院感染的发生。 方法 科室管理与医院管理相结合，健全医院感染管理机制，制定防控措施，加强无菌技术操作与医务人员的手卫生，防控医院感染。 结果 通过各项防控措施的落实，使Ⅰ类手术切口感染率<0.5%，Ⅱ类手术切口感染率1.83%、Ⅲ类手术感染率2.14%。 结论 加强手术室管理，制定严格的控制措施并认真落实，是有效控制医院感染的关键。【关键词】

【Abstract】 Objective
The Grass-roots hospitals through strengthening the management of hospital infection in operating rooms would effectively control the occurrence of hospital-acquired infections. Methods Combine department management with hospital management, make the system hospital infection management more perfect, take prevention and control measures, strengthen aseptic technique operation and handhygiene of medical staff, so as to control and prevention the hospital infection. Results Through the prevention and control measures are implemented, make the wound infection rate of I-type operation less than 0.5%, make the wound infection rate of II-type operation less than 1.83%, make the wound infection rate of III-type operation less than 2.14%. Conclusion Strengthening management of hospital infection in operating room, taking a series of measures and carrying out strictly are the key to effective control of the hospital infection. ......
