中药益气通络方治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病视网膜病变的临床观察(1)

【摘要】目的观察自拟中药益气通络方治疗气阴两虚型糖尿病视网膜病变的临床的疗效。方法将62例中医辨证为气阴两虚型的2型糖尿病视网膜病变患者随机分为两组，每组31例，对照组给予降脂药、降压药及生物合成人胰岛素进行综合治疗，观察组仅给予自拟中药益气通络方治疗，两组均以2周为1疗程，连续治疗3个疗程后，对两组临床疗效进行评价，并测定两组治疗前后相关生化指标的变化以评定其安全性。结果经3个疗程的治疗后，观察组总有效率为933%，对照组总有效率为767%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<005)；治疗3个疗程后，对照组天门冬胺酸转胺酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、血尿素氮(BUN)及谷胱甘肽还原酶(Gr)各项生化指标均较治疗前降低，差异有统计学意义(P>005)，而观察组以上指标较治疗前无明显变化。结论自拟中药益气通络方治疗糖尿病视网膜病变与西药综合治疗疗效相当，具有较好疗效，且对肝肾功能无明显损伤，较单纯西药治疗更安全可靠。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo observe clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine prescription benefiting vital energy and dredging collaterals on diabetic retinopathy with Qi yin Deficiency Methods62 patients with diabetic retinopathy were divided into observation group and control group randomly，with 31 cases in each group, patients of the control group were given combined modality therapy by reducing blood cholesterol and blood pressure and injecting biosynthetic human insulin,while patients of the observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine prescription benefiting vital energy and dredging collaterals only After six weeks treatment,the clinical effects and safety were estimated in both group ResultsAfter three courses treatment, the effective rate of observation group(839%) is generally the same as that of control group(871%) (P>005); but biochemical indicators such as aspartate aminotransferase(AST), glutamicoxal(o)acetic transaminase(ALT), blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and glutathione reductase(Gr) of the control group decreased significantly compared to pretreatment while those indicators of the observation group remained almost the same with pretreatment, and they are all in range of normal valueConclusionTraditional Chinese medicine prescription benefiting vital energy and dredging collaterals is effective and safe on patients of diabetic retinopathy with Qiyin Deficiency, which is of the same power with the combined modality therapy ......
