米索前列醇预防产后出血197例疗效观察(1)

【摘要】目的观察米索前列醇对产后出血的预防效果及安全性。方法选取具有产后出血高危因素的孕产妇197例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组99例，对照组98例。观察组胎前肩娩出后立即口服米索前列醇400 μg。对照组胎前肩娩出后即静脉注射10%葡萄糖溶液20 ml+缩宫素20U。出血量采用容积法和卫生纸称重法计算。结果观察组产后2 h出血量(2056±357)ml，对照组产后2 h出血量(2974±405)ml，观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<005)。观察组发生产后出血1例(10%)，对照组发生产后出血7例(71%)，观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<001)。结论米索前列醇预防产后出血疗效确切，使用方便，安全性高，是预防产后出血的较好方法，值得临床推广应用。
