艾迪注射液胸腔注射对恶性胸水的治疗效果分析(1)

【摘要】目的对艾迪注射液经中心静脉导管胸腔注射治疗恶性胸水的治疗效果进行系统分析。方法随机将76例确诊的恶性胸水患者分为治疗组和对照组两组，治疗组采用艾迪注射液经中心静脉导管胸腔内注射，对照组采用顺铂经中心静脉导管胸腔内注射。结果两组在治疗总有效率方面比较无显著性差异(P>005)，但两组在生活质量改善及副作用发生率方面比较有显著性差异(P<005)。结论两组在治疗恶性胸水的疗效相当，但治疗组的不良反应发生率较低，又能提高机体免疫力，容易被患者接受，将被广泛应用于临床。

作者单位：476100河南省商丘市第一人民医院恶性胸水是恶性肿瘤晚期的主要并发症之一，治疗上为进一步减轻患者呼吸困难的症状，需行胸腔穿刺排放积液，但临床上反复多次大量抽取胸腔积液，会造成患者体内白蛋白丢失过多，胶体渗透压下降，胸水生成再度增加，反复的恶性循环加重了患者的病情，严重时危及生命。因此，有效抑制恶性胸水的生长并减轻患者症状，提高生活质量，延长生命是目前临床治疗的主要目的。为减轻患者反复胸腔穿刺造成的不良反应，笔者2009年1 月至 2011 年12 月采取艾迪注射液经中心静脉导管胸腔内注入治疗恶性胸水 ......
