【摘要】目的探讨针灸治疗卒中后偏瘫的临床疗效。方法选取120例卒中后偏瘫患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各60例，对照组采用药物治疗及康复训练，治疗组在对照组基础上加用针灸治疗。在治疗前、治疗后2周和4周分别采用神经功能缺损评分(MDS)、日常生活活动能力(ADL)、功能综合评定量表(FCA)进行疗效评定。结果两组治疗后2周、4周MDS评分较治疗前均下降，治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<005)。治疗后ADL、FCA评分均较前升高，4周后治疗组效果优于对照组(P<005)。结论针灸疗法配合药物和康复训能够促进卒中后偏瘫患者的神经功能恢复，改善患者的运动功能，提高患者生活质量。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical eficacy of Acupuncture therapy plus rehabilitation training in treating ischemic sfoke hemiplegia。MethodsOne hundred twenty patients with ischernic spoke hemiplegia were randomly allocated to in acupuncture treatment(n=60) and rehabilitation control groups(n=60)。Then the score neurological impairment(SNI)、ADL、FCAwas evaluated before treating and at 2w、4w after treating。ResultsThe two groups of treatment for two weeks, after four weeks before treating are graded mds a decline and treatment groups and the difference is a statistical significance(P< 005)，after the treatment, the FCA adl score are the four weeks ago, group therapy effect is superior to the controls (P< 005)ConclusionAcupuncture treatment and rehabilitation training in drug can promote hemiplegic stroke patient after patients in the functions and improving the patient to exercise the functions and improving the quality of life.

卒中又称中风或脑血管意外，是一种严重危害人类健康的神经科常见病，多发于中老年人，致残率高，偏瘫为其主要后遗症(约占40%)，给家庭和社会带来沉重的负担[1]。随着人口结构老龄化的加快和人们生活质量的提高，对卒中后偏瘫患者的康复治疗提出了更高的要求。为评价和探讨针灸对治疗卒中后偏瘫的应用价值，笔者对针灸配合药物和康复训练与单纯药物和康复训练治疗卒中后偏瘫的疗效做了临床研究，现将结果总结如下。
