金黄散治疗神经外科患者静脉渗漏的疗效观察(1)

【摘要】目的探讨金黄散外敷治疗神经外科患者静脉输液渗漏时的疗效。方法2009年1月至2012年1月因输液而发生静脉渗漏的住院患者48例作为观察组，随机选择2005年6月至2008年12月发生静脉渗漏的住院患者48例作为对照组，观察组用金黄散外敷治疗，对照组予以50%硫酸镁湿敷，均每次4 h，2次/d，共治疗3 d，3 d后评定治疗效果。结果观察组治愈36例，有效10例，总有效率9583%，对照组治愈24例，有效14例，总有效率7917%，两组治愈率和总有效率经卡方检验有统计学意义，P<005。结论金黄散治疗神经外科患者静脉渗漏疗效好，方法简便，值得临床推广应用。
