20例肋骨爪形钢板内固定外科治疗
【摘要】目的探讨爪形钢板肋骨内固定在多发性肋骨骨折中的应用,即固定胸廓、阻止胸壁软化。方法收治20例多发性肋骨骨折均在全麻下采用爪形钢板肋骨内固定。结果术后浮动胸壁消失，胸痛明显减轻，呼吸状况明显改善，全组病例痊愈无死亡。结论爪形钢板肋骨内固定是一种可行、方便、快捷、操作相对简单的有效方法，值得临床推广，但由于钢板是钛制成，价格比较昂贵。【关键词】多发性肋骨骨折；爪形钢板；肋骨内固定
