本研究观察到在高、中、低分化EC中IMP3的过表达率分别为16.1%、31.8%及70.5%， 高、中分化组与低分化组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。提示IMP3的表达程度与肿瘤的恶性行为及生物学特点密切相关。Vikesaa等[8]也证实IMP3过表达的肿瘤具备更强的侵袭性与转移能力， 预后更差。
IMP3在子宫内膜部的发生与进展中起着重要作用， 其过度表达主要发生在Ⅱ型子宫内膜癌中， 并与肿瘤的生物学行为密切相关。IMP3的检测有助于EC的早期筛查、鉴别诊断及预后评估。
