【摘要】 目的 探讨固定矫治器在外伤性前牙脱位再植术中的效果。方法 将61颗恒前牙外伤性脱位的患者， 分别采用固定矫治器再植固定31颗， 应用牙弓夹板再植固定30颗， 比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 固定矫治器对外伤性脱位前牙再植固定的成功率要高于牙弓夹板再植固定的成功率(91.2% VS 70.4%， χ2=4.407， P=0.036)。结论 固定矫治器在外伤性前牙脱位再植术中疗效显著、操作简单、值得推广。
