【摘要】 目的 研究超声刀在乳癌保乳术腋窝淋巴结清扫术中的安全性与效果。方法 回顾性分析2008年7月～2013年7月本院80例乳癌保乳患者的临床资料， 观察超声刀及电刀进行腋窝淋巴结清扫的指标， 分析引流液性质。结果 研究组在腋窝引流量、拔管时间、住院时间上均优于对照组， 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)， 引流液初期为渗出液。结论 超声刀在腋窝淋巴结清扫术中安全， 可以缩短拔管时间及住院时间。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the use of ultracision harmonic scalpel in axillary lymph node dissection inmastectomy of breast cancer. Methods During July 2008 to July 2013，eighty breast cancer patients were analyzed retrospectively.The total volume of axillary dissection with ultracision harmonic scalpel or electric scalpel were observed and drainage fluid properties were analyzed.
