呼吸道感染诱发支气管哮喘48例临床分析(1)

     【摘要】 目的 通过对呼吸道感染诱发支气管哮喘临床病例进行分析， 提高临床治疗水平。方法 对本院内科2009年1月～2013年1月呼吸道感染诱发支气管哮喘临床病例48例进行收集、整理， 查阅相关文献资料，总结临床特点，进行疗效分析。结果 在诊断明确后经积极有效的抗感染解除哮喘的感染诱因， 治疗临床症状及辅助检查有效率>82.1%， 细菌清除率为93.8%。结论 对呼吸道感染诱发支气管哮喘患者， 控制感染、解除哮喘的感染诱因是治疗该种哮喘的关键。

    【Abstract】 Objective To improve the level of clinical treatment through the clinical analysis of bronchial asthma induced by respiratory tract infection. Methods In our hospital from January 2009 to January 2013 in Department of Internal Medicine， respiratory tract infection clinical cases induced bronchial asthma of 48 cases were collected， review of relevant literature， to summarize the clinical characteristics， curative effect analysis.
