【摘要】 目的 了解医院住院患者疾病构成特点， 加强常见病和多发病的防治工作， 为医院合理配置卫生资源， 引进新技术提供理论依据。方法 对2010～2012年住院疾病有关资料进行统计分析。结果 住院疾病前5个系统疾病占住院总数的70.75%， 是本院患者的主要来源。结论 医院应密切关注疾病构成的变化， 合理配置卫生资源， 加强重点科室的建设， 巩固专科优势， 进一步提高医疗技术水平和服务质量。

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the characteristic of disease constitution of inpatients， strengthen the prevention and control of common and frequently occurring disease， rational allocation of health resources for the hospital， and provide a theoretical basis for the introduction of new technologies. Methods Disease classification relevant data of inpatients in our hospital from 2010 to 2012 were statistical analyzed .
