兰索拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗急性上消化道出血的疗效观察`

【摘要】 目的 观察兰索拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗急性上消化道出血的疗效。方法 将80例急性上消化道出血患者随机分为两组：联合组在常规治疗基础上采用兰索拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗， 对照组在常规治疗基础上单用兰索拉唑治疗， 分别比较两组患者治疗72 h后的疗效。结果 联合组总有效率为95%， 明显优于对照组的72.5%， 且治疗72 h后不能止血的2例患者出血明显减少， 在112 h内止血。对照组11例无效患者有8例中转手术， 1例死亡。结论 兰索拉唑联合奥曲肽对急性上消化道出血有较好疗效，可降低急诊手术率和病死率。
