【摘要】 目的 评价腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎治疗小儿腹股沟疝的疗效。方法 回顾性分析2013年3月～2014年1月应用腹腔镜疝囊结扎治疗56例小儿腹股沟疝患者， 对患者手术时间、术后并发症(阴囊肿胀、复发率)等指标进行评价。结果 手术全部成功完成， 与传统手术相比， 腹腔镜手术创伤小， 术后并发症低。结论 腹腔镜治疗小儿疝， 安全， 手术简单， 疗效确切。
