65例剖宫产手术麻醉分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨剖宫产硬膜外麻醉的方法， 研究其临床疗效。方法 把剖宫产的患者65例， 随机双盲分成实验组与对照组， 实验组采用硬膜外麻醉， 对照组采用脊麻。对其两者的临床疗效进行对比分析。结果 实验组患者仰卧位低血压、Apgar评分<5例数较对照组显著低25.28%、15.72%， 而满意度较对照组显著高出19.03%；在胎儿娩出后低血压、静脉辅助无显著差异性。在VAS上， 实验组较对照组平均显著低0.5分， 在麻醉起效时间上， 显著快0.97 min；而在运动恢复时间上， 无显著差异性。结论 剖宫产硬膜外麻醉临床效果显著。
