两种腹腔镜充气方法对妇科良性择期手术患者恢复质量的对比探究

【摘要】 目的 观察两种不同充气方法对患者术后恢复质量的影响。方法 60例妇科良性择期手术患者随机分组为改良充气组(A组， n=30)和传统充气组(B组， n=30)。两组麻醉均为全麻， 取脐部为穿刺点， A组：先腹腔镜套管直接穿刺， 置光源后充气；B组：应用Verss穿刺后充气。结果 A组病例无充气引起的腹膜外气肿， 皮下出血， 案例都为0， B组病例分别有7和3例， 两组恢复情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 改良充气方法明显改善术后恢复质量。
