诺氟沙星三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌的疗效观察(1)

     【摘要】 目的 探讨诺氟沙星在根除幽门螺杆菌治疗中的疗效观察。方法 104例患者按病种随机分为两组， 对照组予标准“三联”疗法， 治疗组采用诺氟沙星三联疗法， 观察两组的HP根除率。结果 诺氟沙星治疗组HP根除率明显高于对照组(86.5% VS 63.5%) ， 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05) 。结论 诺氟沙星三联疗法可以提高幽门螺杆菌的根除率。
