血清TSGF和CA199联合检测对消化道肿瘤诊断的意义(1)

【摘要】目的探讨肿瘤指标TSGF和CA199的联合检测对消化道肿瘤诊断的意义。方法临床明确诊断的消化道恶性肿瘤患者80例, 经检查随访排除恶性肿瘤的健康体检者150例作为正常对照组, 进行血清TSGF和CA199检测, 计算并比较两者对消化道恶性肿瘤的诊断效率, 行χ2检验。结果血清TSGF检测的灵敏度、特异性和准确性分别为76.3%、54.0%和61.7%, 血清CA199检测的灵敏度、特异性和准确性分别为58.7%、77.3%和70.9%, 前者的灵敏度高于后者(χ2=6.91, P<0.05), 后者的特异性则高于前者(χ2=7.34, P<0.05)。结论联合检测血清TSGF和CA199, 可实现优势互补, 显著提高消化道恶性肿瘤的诊断效率。
