护理干预对乳腺癌术后IMRT放疗皮肤损伤的影响

【摘要】目的分析护理干预对乳腺癌术后放疗患者皮肤损伤的影响。方法 选取本院2011年1月~2013 年6月收治的乳腺癌患者92例, 随机分为干预组与对照组各46例。对照组给予放疗常规皮肤护理方法, 干预组给予针对性护理, 比较两组患者的护理满意度、皮肤损伤程度与放疗中断率的差异。结果干预组患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)；皮肤损伤程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；放疗中断率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预明显减少了放射性皮肤损伤的发生, 减轻了放射性皮肤损伤的程度。
