【摘要】目的探讨清热复液汤在食管癌放疗反应及并发症中的临床作用。方法取本院2013年1月~6月入本院进行治疗的食管癌放疗反应及并发症患者64例, 随机分成两组。实验组采用清热复液汤进行中医辨证治疗, 对照组只进行普通治疗, 对治疗结果进行比较分析。结果实验组治疗有效率明显高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清热复液汤在食管癌放疗反应及并发症的治疗当中具有较好的治疗效果, 值得在临床上推广应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Qingre Fuye Soup in esophageal cancer radiotherapy reaction and its complications. Methods Selecting 64 patients from January 2013 to June 2013 into the hospital for treatment of complications of radiotherapy response and dividing them randomly into two groups. Experimental group treated with Qingre Fuye Soup, control group treated with only conventional therapy, the treatment results were compared and analyzed. Results Experimental group was significantly higher treatment efficiency, there was a significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion Qingre Fuye Soup has a better therapeutic effect in esophageal cancer radiotherapy reaction and its complications, so it isworthy of clinical application. ......
