漱口液对头颈部肿瘤放疗所致口腔黏膜反应的影响(1)

【摘要】目的评价漱口液对头颈部肿瘤放疗后所致口腔黏膜炎症的影响。方法选择本院收治的80例头颈部肿瘤患者为研究对象, 随机分为对照组与观察组, 各40例。对照组患者采用口泰漱口液, 观察组患者采用自制漱口液。结果观察组有效率85.0%高于对照组有效率57.5%, 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论自制漱口液具有价格便宜、易于配制以及疗效确切的优点, 在头颈部肿瘤患者的放射治疗过程中具有极为重要的预防及治疗作用。
