【摘要】目的探讨封闭式负压引流(VSD)治疗脑出血患者压疮的护理。方法将本院收治的48例脑出血并发压疮患者分为实验组和对照组, 对照组予以常规压疮护理, 实验组是压疮护理结合VSD治疗。结果实验组有效率为 85.7% , 对照组55.0%, 两组疗效差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论VSD能提高脑出血并发压疮患者的护理疗效。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the outcome of the vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) technique for pressure sores patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods From January 2012 to July 2013, 48 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients complicated with severe pressure sores were divided into the control group and experimental group in our hospital. The control group accepted pressure sores nursing, the experimental group treated with VSD combined with nursing.
