【摘要】目的通过对血液透析患者的饮食护理, 提高其疗效及生活质量。方法通过宣传教育、小讲课等方法对维持性血液透析患者的饮食进行管理, 制定个体化食谱, 改善血液透析患者饮食结构。结果维持性血液透析患者能够坚持合理饮食, 痛苦轻, 并发症少。结论采取科学合理的饮食护理, 有利于提高透析患者的生活质量。

    【Abstract】 Objective To improve the curative effect and the life quality of hemodialysis patients through diet nursing care. Methods Managing the diet of hemodialysis patients through such means as mission small lectures, formulate individualized recipe and improving the hemodialysis patients’ diet structure. Results Hemodialysis patients in maintenance could adhere to a reasonable diet with lighter pain and fewer complications.
