【摘要】目的探讨心理护理干预对胶质瘤术后癌因性疲乏与生活质量的影响。方法将72例胶质瘤术后患者随机分成观察组与对照组, 每组36例, 对照组实施常规护理, 观察组在常规护理基础上实施心理护理干预, 评估两组患者癌因性疲乏与生活质量情况。结果观察组癌因性疲乏程度评分(34.98±1.54)显著低于对照组；生活质量评分(10.64±1.61)显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对胶质瘤术后患者实施心理护理干预, 有助于减轻癌因性疲乏, 提高生活质量。
