复方倍他米松注射液联合超短波治疗耳廓假性囊肿的临床疗效观察(1)

【摘要】目的观察复方倍他米松注射液联合超短波治疗耳廓假性囊肿的临床疗效。方法将113例耳廓假性囊肿患者随机分为治疗组(57例)与对照组(56例), 对照组采用抽液后囊内局部注射复方倍他米松注射液进行治疗, 治疗组采用抽液后囊内注射复方倍他米松注射液联合超短波理疗2周, 并对两组患者临床疗效进行对比。结果治疗结束后, 治疗组临床总有效率为96.49%, 显著优于对照组的82.14%(P<0.05)。结论复方倍他米松注射液联合超短波治疗耳廓假性囊肿的临床疗效确切, 值得推广应用。
