氟伐他汀钠缓释片对高血压患者颈动脉内中膜厚度影响的临床研究(1)

【摘要】目的观察研究氟伐他汀钠缓释片对高血压病患者颈动脉内中膜厚度的影响。方法 选择96例经颈部血管彩色多普勒超声检查, 明确有颈动脉内中膜增厚的高血压病患者, 随机分为治疗组和对照组。结果两组患者用药前后对比, 药物组患者的总胆固醇(TC )、 甘油三脂(TG )、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、颈动脉内中膜厚度间差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论氟伐他汀钠缓释片可以降低高血压病患者血脂水平和颈动脉内中膜厚度。
