【摘要】目的探讨甲基强的松龙注射液联合硫酸镁治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法选择本院42例支气管哮喘患者, 随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均给予常规治疗, 对照组给予甲基强的松龙, 观察组给予甲基强的松龙联合硫酸镁。观察两组肺功能改变情况。结果观察组治疗后肺功能优于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后总有效率高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲基强的松龙注射液联合硫酸镁有助于改善支气管哮喘患者肺功能, 疗效显著, 值得借鉴。
