【摘要】目的研究老年烧伤患者免疫状态及营养状况变化规律。方法本院近年收治老年烧伤患者42例, 与同期中青年烧伤患者50例患者对比, 通过血清总蛋白(TP)、前白蛋白(PreA)、白蛋白(ALB)等指标变化分析老年患者的免疫状态和营养状况。结果老年患者免疫状态较正常人群及中青年组变化明显, 营养状态上, 在TP、PreA、ALB、Hb、CHE上均较中青年组下降明显(P<0.05), 其中老年女性烧伤患者在上述指标的下降上较男性明显。结论老年烧伤患者普遍存在营养不良现象, 且年龄越大, 营养不良发生率越高, 女性营养不良率高于男性。应当根据患者的具体情况进行适当的营养支持。
