68例腰椎压缩性骨折的骨科特色护理体会(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨腰椎压缩性骨折的骨科特色护理效果。方法 将136例腰椎压缩性骨折患者随机分成观察组及对照组， 每组68例， 对照组实施常规护理， 观察组在常规护理基础上实施骨科特色护理， 比较两组患者并发症发生率及住院时间。结果 观察组并发症发生率(2.94%)、住院时间平均(6.32±1.45)周， 均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对腰椎压缩性骨折患者实施骨科特色护理， 有助于降低并发症发生率， 促进患者康复， 值得临床推广应用。
