【摘要】 目的 分析大量输血并发症的原因及临床主要防治措施。方法 回顾性分析2010年1月～2013年12月380例大量输血患者的临床资料。结果 大量输血后并发低体温78例、循环超负荷11例、低血钾30例、高血钾6例、出血倾向16例。结论 加强对大量输血患者临床监测， 及时发现并发症并采取针对性的防治措施， 提高患者救治的成功率。
