30例过敏性肺炎的临床、影像学及病理研究

     【摘要】目的总结30例过敏性肺炎的临床、影像学及病理信息，探寻其临床治疗方案。方法 30例过敏性肺炎患者，予以各项针对性诊治措施，并对患者的临床、影像学及病理信息进行总结。结果 30例患者的临床症状得到了显著缓解，且胸部的影像学也显著改变。结论临床上过敏性肺炎具有诊断难度大的特征，多以抗原暴露、经支气管镜肺活检术病理检查等作为主要诊断指标。
