【摘要】 目的 探讨糖尿病并牙周病患者中应用循证护理的效果评价。方法 糖尿病并牙周病患者42例， 根据是否实施循证护理措施进行分组， 分为基础护理措施组(12例)和循证护理措施组(30例)。观察并比较两组患者的护理效果。结果 循证护理措施组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、牙菌斑指数和出血指数均优于基础护理措施组， 差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病并牙周病患者中应用循证护理可以改善患者的不良心理情绪， 提高临床治疗效果。
